anglo/nkp deal possibility?, page-5

Even with xstrata involved, do we realy want another concourt case which could drag on for years?And with the possibility that nkp may loose?Anglo can wait as they are not planning to get these mines going immediately and they have the cash to make us sweat for years.
Also why would X get in at this time with all the uncertainties?
Remember Anglo have their army on the ground and they've smelt blood and seen the crack in our armour and they are going for it.I don't like backing out of a fight but I won't want to stand in front of their bulldozers.
Having said all that,I am confident of a good outcome for the shareholders.
