Leaving out Grasshopper's opinions , as I stated at the start of this thread , "where is the forward guidance " ?
There is a a general observation on the thread that the company is not performing well in the last year or two reflected in the low profit margins, and the subsequent low share price . Maybe there needs to be a motion called at the AGM for a short independent review of the company , to determine a direction forward , it may end up being just getting one of the Gateway owners on the board , or grasshopper getting a part time tech position , but at least it would show some initiative and humility which seems to be lacking .
As an associate of mine (highly versed in M&A ) just informed me he can not understand how LBL ended up selling a production cell to the Chinese , (Taiwan or China I can not remember which one ) I did comment to the MD on this at the time , and now from the ex director it looks to be coming back to bite the company with competition - to me not really the smartest IP move .
I am too cowardly to make a scene at the AGM , but I do hope someone will be brave enough to take the Directors on and get some explanations !
