ABS: 'In 2022, 5.5 million (21.4%) Australians had disability'

It doesn't seem beyond the realms of possibility that 11% of boys have some sort of disability based on ABS statistics.
In 2018 there were 205,200 Australians with Autism, a 25.1% increase from the 164,000 in 2015 (Source: ABS SDAC 2018– Autism in Australia).
Austism has been massively under diagnosed
