Agreed. KAH are now appr 7% away from virtual control. RIO (or who ever) now need to face the reality critical ownership percentages are now upon us, and that in order to control EXT they must control KAH (thus all the recent KAH SP activity). Unless RIO act soon they will become irrelevant and EXT's destiny will be determined by KAH and interested parties. If ever there was right time for RIO's single digit $billion shopping spree to start in the U business it is here and now!
This is a smart move by management. Minimal dilution, and with the market mindset well and truly back in TO territory. It also further reinforces the fact that expansion/development to mining (pending license) is now fully funded. What a lovely position for EXT Sh to be in.
