The total estimate was $289m US DOE Grant is $166 + $115 from GM & Stellantis So they have $281m of funds received, majority without dilution. $8m needed. Not $51m.
Once Resource upgrade is determined, the NAIF can be finalised. What figure is anyone's guess. Stage 2 returns are quite compelling should they be able to get it going to plan.
Further/3rd off taker is likely for the HPMSM. Untill offtakers for the stage 2 are announced (has been mentioned is on the cards) difficult to gauge whether or how much a CR will be needed.
