This might clarify some of the unknowns, here is all the 2024 collars re-plotted using the coordinates listed in table-3:
Sorry the label text font is quite small to fit, but its high enough resolution that if you open the pictures it should be legible.

The caption text for the section shown in figure 3 is correct, and the collar holeID's are consistent but as you point out the mineralised interval call-out box for SR24-093 is labelled wrong. I'm also unsure why they haven't included SR24-019 on this section, its no further 'off-section' as SR23-11 and SR23-56 so i don't think its a slice width issue. Maybe it was just accidently missed, its drilled 180azi so it compliments this section (good bad or otherwise).
As you say the caption text for the section shown in figure 4 has incorrect holeIDs - but the hole traces and labels shown within the figure are consistent with the plan view.
