It is rather strange the time and effort some go to attacking and lecturing other holders and posters here particularly when they dont hold the stock themselves and have owned their own disasterous stocks.
If one wants to engage in criticism perhaps direct it at Miller and his lackie Peter Nesveda as well as the inept NUH board.
Both men have engaged in questionable behaviour, Miller by making statements to the market but ommitting key details. Eg he was asked about the commercial agreement numerous times where he stated words to the effect “cannot discuss it as it is commercial in confidence” which was completely misleading as the contract was not executed and it now appears was still in negotiation when he was making these statements.
His lackie Nesveda was simply a peddler of misinformation to shareholders and investors. Nothing this bloke ever said was true. 2 examples of his misinformation was claiming the chip existed in oct 22 and a nasdaq listing in early 2023. This was the bloke who doesnt have an afsl but Miller used to capital raise.
Regardless of what happens, these 2 men will be facing serious questions in the near future.
