Why has BS got it in so bad for Landau I would ask?

Did he date and dump BS's daughter?

The purported tie in with the Kebble saga is extraordinary and tenuus on the 'facts' presented in this article.

Re the "community" I guess time will tell.

As to the 'side' deal with Rudolph de Bruin and David Twist - just as murky imo as anything BS claims Genorah has done....

No mention of the shareholders of Bengwenyama Minerals either - if BS cjhooses to present the whole picture this should be fully disclosed too...?

Moreover, no explanation of why Angloplats/ARM has taken 3 years near on to instigate legal process (or the like) over the five properties. Especially since the government approved transfer to Nkwe happened in 2009 (not sure which month).

"Finally, by the end of 2007, Genorah removed all of its equipment and people from the two properties. Neither the equipment nor the people have ever been back, but Nkwe has created the illusion that the properties are being evaluated on an industrial scale." BS

Re the no action on Tubatse since late 2007 - well, if true, there have been big porkies told - no question.

    From the Dedember 2008 quarterly:

"Access roads to the Hoepakrantz property of the Tubatse Project were made during the Quarter, allowing drilling to commence on this mountainous area. One drill rig was
allocated and completed the first hole ever to be drilled on this property. Both the Merensky and UG2 mineralisation were successfully intercepted, both reefs presenting
as well-mineralised and geologically normal for the area. The total number of drill holes completed on the Tubatse Project to date comprises 31 holes."

    The March 2009 qtrly:

"Nkwe is currently drilling on the Tubatse Project with the aim of a significant resource upgrade scheduled for June / July 2009.
Figures 3 shows the location of drill holes on the Eerste Geluk and Nooitverwacht properties, and Figure 4 shows drill hole location on the Hoepakrantz property, of the
    Tubatse Project."

    The June 2009 qtrly:

    "Tubatse Project
Subsequent to quarter end Nkwe announced an updated JORC Inferred Mineral Resource of 45.3Moz (3PGE+Au) across the Tubatse Project in the Bushveld region of South Africa. The previous resource totaled 20.4Moz (3PGE+Au).
The inferred resource covers both the Merensky and UG2 horizons across all three farms comprising the Tubatse Project, being farms Eerste Geluk, Nooitverwacht and
    Hoepakrantz.
The current Mineral Resource statement for the Tubatse Project is given in Table 2".

My question: How can you drill and determine resources if you're not accessing the land?!!!!

Quarterly Report for the Period ended 30 September 2009:

"Finally, by the end of 2007, Genorah removed all of its equipment and people from the two properties. Neither the equipment nor the people have ever been back, but Nkwe has created the illusion that the properties are being evaluated on an industrial scale."

{you could argue nothing happened this quarter....]

I am confused. If NKP have been fibbing about this they've surely put up a very good smooke screen!

If BS is telling BS (and let's be frank - there is a whiff of a pit bull here imo) I trust PL et al will take him to ze cleaners!
