This should be the list of creditors before Bez restructuring and relisting on the ASX right?
if so, i think all of these creditors have to agree to the restructuring plan and receive the shares of Bez as a compensation before Bez can relist on ASX.
As a listed company, Bez has to have auccurate financial statements that are audited. From what i see from its financials, Bez's liability doesn't show any debt to these creditors.
