With CO2 what they say about absorption and emission is all true. Except they are deceptive on where it becomes a dominant force in our atmosphere. At the surface collisions with the surface is so great that molecules of the surface are having there energy state reduced by collisions with airborne molecules. That is conduction and then convection. the cycle repeats as the SUN heats up the surface again.

Radiation from the surface is clearly not the only means of heat transport as climate scammers make out. In fact it is very small during the day. Certainly at night it does increase. ******* But conduction and convection is still the majority when it comes to removing heat from our surface.
