Duh ... what do you think ... I quoted for you and for all readers EXACTLY what he said ... right off the transcript.

Of course they are looking for a 2nd partnership, maybe even a 3rd or 4th. My point is, it doesn't have to be SYA.

And SYA DOESN"T HAVE a 200MT RESERVE. Its doesn't even have 200Mt of RESOURCE!!!
    100% Moblan MRE is 93.1Mt at 1.21% Li2O .... SYA has 60% ... so ~55.9Mt
    100% NAL MRE is 87.9Mt at 1.13% Li2O... SYA has 75% ... so 65.9Mt

SYA has 121.8 Mt RESOURCE ... that's a far cry from the 200Mt RESERVE you're pumping.

Compare that to what else is available in Quebec. You can figure that out. One thing for sure ... there is no shortage of Lithium Resource in Quebec (or the Pilbara for that matter).

What is large, is the amount of money POSCO are spending on their Brine project in Argentina (in Hombre Muerto ... same area as Arcadium) ... US$4B to be producing ~100Ktpy LiOH by 2030.

POSCO, via its Ultium JV with GM (to produce CAM ... in Becancour Quebec ... where Arcadium is building their Hydroxide refinery) is now an indirect partner with Arcadium - as GM is has a supply agmt in place for Arcadium (Livent) to supply its Hydroxide.

POSCO wants to supply CAM to Auto OEMs and cell makers and the more integrated they can be the better.

As for the history lesson, where are those Guy(s) and Brett now? Answer ... not at Sayona.
