I have 2cents to add about the 3D seismic debate.

1) After the 2010 drill failed to yield hydrocarbons, the permit was eventually up for renewal in 2011 (approved in 2012). 2) This renewal was approved with a work program that contained 3D (possibly David Breeze's idea).

3) ASX:MMR then concluded after their latest seismic survey: "... the inconclusive nature of aspects of the interpretation have supported the Company's strategy of acquiring 3D seismic to reduce geologic target risk ahead of further exploration drilling..." source: 31 Dec 2018, ASX:MMR, Advent Energy - Exploration Update

4) ASX:MMR also wrote: "As expected, the 2D seismic data acquired earlier in 2018, whilst encouraging the prospectivity of PEP11, has not sufficiently de-risked PEP11 to justify the drilling of a new exploration well therein. Therefore, I think Googs/samcharlotte77 won that debate. The last seismic survey was "inconclusive" and did not "sufficiently de-risk PEP11 to justify the drilling of a new exploration well therein".
