    It is not 20c a share. That is what the deal was valued at on the day of the announcement.

    this is an all scrip offer. You will recieve 0.07 of a PLS share for ever 1 LRS share you own. You will not be paid cash

    it amazes me that people invest money without reading the documents that relate to their investments. No wonder retail investors are generally losing money.
