I know that there are certain rules once you announce that a field is commercial that you have to get on to a development plan.
Could it be that they don't want to flow test until that is sorted?
Its one thing to flow test a well, you can have commercial flow rates without declaring it commercial, but once you let gas to surface to run generators then its producing.
I have wondered this for quite a while and it does feed in to the company narrative.

Davy, I’m very hungover (go Lions!) so forgive me if I have misunderstood what you’re saying, but don’t we already have a 25 year right of production on SG4571 through the PEDPA.
