which question is a good question? I don't see any. that a small company has a part time company sec? very common and saves precious shareholder funds. that the major shareholder has other investments? by his reckoning Elon musk should be voted out of his companies and people holding multiple directorships should be out too. that the company stopped replying to his messages? I would if his posts are anything to go by.
