    @Wurlitch, your arithmetic is wrong. You have confused yourself and double-dipped in the concentrate calculation, erroneously multiplying the product mass by 0.5 on top of the concentrate factor, effectively inducing a 30% Nb recovery in that step, and then added a red herring about the ferroniobium synthesis step which actually just confirms what we already know - that the niobium recovery in that step is close to unity. I've included annotations below to spell it out. I'm sorry that this is difficult for you.

    The arithmetic is extremely simple, as it has always been, as you used to agree with until you fell into this recent tailspin: assuming 50% all-in recovery, "recoverable value" from initial MRE is 1MT Nb2O5 = 0.7 MT Nb ~= 1 MT FeNb.
