This may or may not turn out to be a wonderful investment in the long run.
Up until 2024, I think Merch and Co. were ridiculously negative on this company without justification.

No doubt they fail to consider a single positive about the company, but at this point in time, about 25% of the negatives they harp on about are genuine concerns for me. No doubt they fail to mention any of the positives or potential that this company clearly has.

Amateur errors such as running cash so low and being forced into a pathetic cap raise with free options and forcing dilution on shareholders has me weary of this management. To suggest they were expecting a deal on the green ammonia, just reiterates how badly they managed our finances without a contingency plan.

I am optimistic that the bank loan will happen and construction will begin. It would not surprise me if we get a flurry of news and there is a big turnaround.

However, I have put enough money here and management has not convinced me that I should sell other stocks to invest more at this low shareprice.
Our current price is not just a case of recent small cap sentiment. It's a result of poor management and missed timelines.

Hoping that we hear some good news very soon. I just want to hear about the phosphate plant. Nothing else matters right now.
    Good luck to all holders.
