Mate I know you have some trust concerns with WDS and their association with Shell from the past but IMHO it is a far more involved issue than just WDS wanting to cause a delay. You don't sent a team of Lawyers over to NAMCOR to sign a 4 or 5 page formality .... in MHO you would send a CEO or MD to sign on behalf of the company. Lawyers only go if there is a legal addendum to be added to a contract or there is a breach of a legal requirement and a compromise needed to be thrashed out or a penalty to be negotiated. PCL management appear to be very relaxed about what is occurring so I don't believe that PCL are the ones in breach of whatever the problem is and they are not sending legal representatives over to NAMCOR to thrash out the solution the same with SINTANA .... I think that both PCL and Sintana have signed but not NAMCOR. Whatever the problem is I believe that we should be told !!! PCL should release a ASX announcement to detail the issue.
