Given the dire predicament & mess the Mango Mambo fella left this business in, this is a very solid outcome.
Matt has done well to address all the near-term liabilities that were hovering like a dark cloud over Cyprium's head.
An asset-level partner was always going to be needed to realistically fund the restart capex, so a partial asset selldown shouldn't be too much of a surprise.
The company is on the right path to becoming an operating entity in the near future.
