I have a few questions i want to email Cougar first.

One matter to consider in the result of this process so far:

Taking into account that whether Cougar's P4 casing break caused a transient reading (very low compared to USA and WHO acceptable levels)or not, and the fact that recent BTEX readings are zero in monitoring bores near the plant, wouldn't that demonstrate the safety margin involved when casings break and UCG companies respond swiftly?
