AFR is up 35% because of a recommendation in a very popular newsletter. It will likely not hold that level over the next few weeks without significant news, but you never know.
In fact you might be interested to know that when CCC was recommended in this same newsletter a few months ago there was also a significant lift in the SP for CCC, and it has not drifted back since then.
