That doesn't reflect the true condition. CXO was in production until C&M however AGY has never been in production ( commercial ) then put in C&M. ASN and AZL in the same territory as AGY.
Management needs to decide solution to 2Kt plant in order to convince the market that they can do it, either entered into debt for that rectification or seeking help from potential OT in exchange for future product or some sort of other arrangement.
All in my opinion.
