Did anyone else just get the most embarrassingly bad call centre type call trying to up sell the SPP and STM business. My guy could barely read the script (im being polite in how i am framing this) and it was beyond painful. Also asking me to confirm if i would be participating.
If it has come to this they clearly haven't been knocked over in the rush but secondly to have some random highly unqualified person peddling the SPP is a BAD look. This call has just about put me off the SPP when i was actually keen to get involved. Get someone from investor relations or with deep understanding of the company to do the job you hacks!! Sorry to so negative but level of unsophistication was breath taking. Do it properly or don't do it at all as it causing more harm than good. Sorry rant over but just amateur hour.
