you are correct index although Chinese insurance companies do pay. I dont like to class people althought for agrguments sake we have 3 classes in Australia. In China and most Asian countries there are four, the very wealthy, Middle class , lower class and the impoverished, the latter three can not afford cancer treatment unless family chips in. hence my statement of an easy takeup.
