With non-binding MOUs for gas supply and a binding Project Development Agreement around four weeks away we are close to getting the needed funding to commence pre-FEED and FEED works on the projects:
The Company is actively seeking investment funds into its wholly owned subsidiary Kalina Distributed Power for pre-feedand feed study and for working capital and targeting to complete this in the fourth quarter of the current calendar year.
