was it buffet who said most investors are risking what they have and need for what they don't have and don't need? I have a decent amount as I was buying years ago in low single digits but still think to myself 'well I could sell the ETFs and put it on EXR, or there is x100k in the offset account.... But so much can still go wrong. Simple example is the stuck tool. Or what if the CTU was actually booked out for the next year or two and we could not use it or.....
