Biden has always had the power to close the border.......him and Harris chose to revoke Trumps policies and to cease building of the border wall. Why is it only now that they can claim lower numbers of illegals........the reason is that they are using the authority they always had

As to the bill.......are you referring to the one at the start of the year? That was a bill for Israel and Ukraine funding and they slipped a border bill in with it to try and get it over the line. It was rightly rejected......and, as the clowns Harris and Biden have since demonstrated, in their lame attempts to bluff the American people (as well as some buffoons here on HC) so they miraculously managed to cut the numbers of illegals in an attempt to gaslight people and that was done using their existing powers
