Hi Croc, there have been CR calls every month for the past year. I wonder how long it will take these people to realise what is actually going on here. If we were that desperate for funds, wouldn't we firstly access the last $1mil available from the Senior debt tranche B? Why just draw 4 of the 5 mil?
With breakeven occurring sometime over July/Aug and also the shutdown earlier this month which will give us the extra uptime and throughput we need to reach our 110 bags per day, why would we need a CR? Yes there maybe a lag between production and receiving payment but I estimate this lag to be only 4 ish weeks to get it on a boat. What if we are already at 110 bags per day production. Even if we were to receive an averaged low basket price of $1000, its still over $3mil usd per month. I think if we required extra funds, it would have happened already.
imo, we are sitting in a pretty good position, still many announcements to come over the next 12 months and hopefully soon another project update would be good to see too.
