To respond to so many questions:

I short / trade / recycle / currently about 200k shares which are about 5% of my holdings.

What I do is this for an example:

Sell 200k at 5.4c
Buy at 5.1c
Sell at 5.3c
But at 4.8c
Sell at 5c
But at 4.7c
Sell at 4.9c

I trade in a similar way the OEs and other stocks as well. I don't use charts, years of observing gives me a good feeling of what is about to happen next once a day has started.

I'm not moving the market, just using it. Remember, we all are using Trading platforms, not Investing platforms and anyone who isn't using the daily sp moves shouldn't judge those who take advantage of it.

As a director I would most likely stop doing it at IMU. Imagine the daily change of director' interest notices and the outcry when I sell a few. OMG, Director Steini sold, all is lost......, OMG, Director Steini bought, huge T/O coming...

A retail director wouldn't be able to over rule any board decision but could inform sh and that would make Hopper & Co think twice.
