One from WKT which is present day and the other EY written as far back as 4 months ago when staged commissioning was still being completed. Spid tried to sell the EY as present day. He even quoted WKT cash position at the end of June (the financial year) and tried selling it as present day. He left out 3 months revenue from production and the planned US$2mil drawn from Gemcorp’s tranche 2 working capital facility. If pilot orders were up to 80t, what volume do we think the new bulk orders being received are. These bulk orders are from customers choosing to bypass the sampling process just to get their hands on Lindi’s graphite concentrates as Lindi Jumbo’s reputation cements itself as a premium provider of large course flake in the supply chain. If these customers are jumping the queue, what are they having to pay. Also if the original customers are being pushed bag in the queue, what are they willing to pay. HaHa. Now that’s a good going concern for any graphite producer to have.

Wrong again Sparecash,

The auditors signed off on the Annual report on the 30th of September and the report mentions events forecast up to November 2024 and the fact the company will require cash injections for the next 12 months.

These statements stand true as of today, WKT has not raised any additional funds as detailed in the Annual report. They had negative cash backing and Ernst and Young clearly stated the following in their document.
