Thanks friend Outlander
A great summation, and correct about my recent absence from this forum. Thanks also to @bobadah, @fattchoi, @LifeStar, @BirdDog66, @Jack1960 @Hawkbar33 @valueadd for your very sensible comments.
I don't normally respond to the tiresome trolls here, because the response is what they are trying to get, but for the record - no - I am not a paid pumper and I am not just mindlessly positive about Imugene. I've been quiet here because - as Outlander and others have said - there is no particular new "news" on the science right now and I have said all I have to say about the past scientific announcements.
Also, I have my own successful business and it has been taking more of my attention recently, along with a lot of family catch ups and support. Outside of all that, the spare time I was previously spending on Hot Copper is currently going into my creative work - writing, photography etc - because that helps keep me balanced and (moderately) sane.
I will be back here when the next scientific news drops, but for anyone who may be wondering if I have simply lost confidence in Imugene the answer is "no." In my view the science is still looking very good for all the major platforms, and the upcoming results for Azer-Cel, Vaxinia and OnCARlytics will be acutely interesting.
Azer-Cel has the potential for a quite rapid progress to commercialisation and may well become the world's first to market Allogeneic CAR-T. Vaxinia and OnCARlytics may - again my personal opinion - revolutionise the cancer treatment landscape. For that matter, contrary to some other critics here, I think the B cell tech also still holds great promise and could end up surprising everyone with a commercial deal. Potential partners will be waiting with interest on the results of the Neo-POLEM trial of PD1-vaxx in Operable MSI-High Colorectal Cancer.
There is incredible depth in this company, and in some of the commentary here on HC. I hope to contribute more to that when there is more here for me to think and write about. In the meantime, enormous best wishes to all those who are posting here in good faith, which includes some of those who are critical of IMU - but probably not all of them. For that matter - best wishes to the trolls too. Everyone's a human and doing the best they can with what they have (unless AI is now posting!).
My only actual "Advice" - as always - is to keep some balance and sanity in your own life, look after your health, stay in touch with those you love, and try at least to be kind to everyone else.
If we all manage to do that, the world will be a better place.
Best wishes
Dave
