I am unsure of the MPO strategy. Taking some assets that you have invested in and floating them off to another overseas shareholder. The structure and explanation of how this will create wealth or a true value of assets is not clear. The obvious trend of the share price since announcement is the opposite. The news or understanding and implementation leaves alot to be desired. Are there other views out there on what they are trying to do. This environment of being unsure / risk can cause some holders to quickly jump ship.
Its been all downhill for a while whilst the original aim was to increase BOPD which should give the company a bigger cash flow and even oil prices are higher. Time for management to be positive and sell the MPO story. I hope they do.
