Good update. "These results point to a very strong medium term outlook for the business". Looks like we are on track for another consecutive year of growth.
Most forecasts suggesting interest rates will come down next year. So expanding their debt facility for acquisitions makes sense. The reduced average interest rate will also be positive for cash flow.
