Valid point Kiril. However, why waste time buying on the open market now? Why weren't they buying on the open market for the past several months at .17 as opposed to paying .25 for 40% of the company? Maybe they are going to take what they can get now under .25 and take it right up to 49.9%. Also wouldn't they be considered an insider now and goingforward, unless the deal breaks? I can't imagine an insider window is open right now with year end coming up that would allow them to buy on the open market.
