As far as evidence goes it's plain as day that African countries are a rolling continual train wreck. Ivory Coast, Congo, Somalia, Sudan, Rwuanda etc ... take your pick they're all horrible. Attempts to aid and educate these countries always fail. In the end they regress to rape and murder and chaos because they like it. These are the sad facts unfortunately and I'm sure you'll attack me and rave on about racism or prejudice but you won't be able to give me an African country success story.
