You really are clutching at straws some time. SN sold some shares to pay for his outstanding tax liability arising from his shares vesting. We did some calcs at the time reconciling his estimated tax liability to the sale proceeds. He wasn't trying to time the market, and he certainly didn't see SE2/3 result coming. Hindsight is the most accurate AND the most useless tool known to humankind.
