This seems somewhat of a cop out. All these announcements are just timelines stated in a company presentation as far as I can tell. The last official announcement that I can find where a timeline for ethics is stated is the toxicology announcement. With this, plus the slide deck time lines (also ethics at the front of the list) it can be inferred this was to be delivered by Q3.
Understand things take time but a bit cheeky in my opinion. I hope things get cracking soon because we now have a lot of news flow due for Q4..
