It's also hard to escape the feeling that games are being played and retail is as always being treated as the mark.

I suspect management must have some idea what is really going on behind the scenes with their register. They would buy themselves some credibilty by making a statement to inform those in the cheap seats what they know. At the very least we are owed some disclosure regards what entity now owns those shares as a result of that trade. It is material in the market.

I believe the purchasing entity has 48 hours to release a Notice of Initial Substantial Holder Statement.
This can in no way be seen as a negative.
RMS purchased shares in market darling SPR @ 10% below market price.
This large block was purchased at market price.

Unfortunately seeing a few retail holders getting shaken out lately.
