I phoned last Friday and was advised that the loan was being signed 'in the next few days' with an announcement 'early next (now this) week'. Early has come and gone, now hoping for 'mid' this week. If not by the end of this week I would expect something has gone amiss - after the last year I (sadly) feel prepared for any level of poor outcome. Trying to stay positive - seems such a large hurdle but if successful there is still excellent upside.
