Actually, in the last 12 months, the following more significant announcements and milestones were made;

Oct 2023 Positive Field Trial Results to Underpin Offtake Agreements
Oct 2023 Term Sheet signed for a US$14 million (debt) loan facility from the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa Ltd (IDC).
Jan 2024 Field trials continue to deliver outstanding crop results
April 2024 Minbos has received credit committee approval from the IDC for US$14million
June 2024 Minbos Enters Agreement with Talus for Modular Green Ammonia
July 2024 MoU with Foskor (Foskor majority owned by IDC and IDC giving credit committee approval increases likelihood of Foskor progressing to a binding offtake).
July 2024 Engaged with the Angolan Sovereign Fund (“FSDEA”) on an equity injection for US$10-15 million
July 2024 -well advanced in a loan application process with Banco BAI (“BAI”),
August 2024 US$10m Strategic Investment Approval Received from the Sovereign Wealth Fund

IDC did give its credit committee approval and the Sovereign Wealth fund has committed to its investment. The BAI loan is likely to follow suit with a government guaranteed loan and the SWF cash is likely to be received in the next few weeks as it's basically a cr that has already been agreed to from a government that is very keen to see the project go ahead.
