re: disney - to sign or not to sign

let's be realistic. it would have to be a major major stuff up for disney not to sign .... this is a compay that spends 1.2b on advertising; for 1m - drop in the bucket - they'll get their lion king logo on a building that can be seen for miles around. it will be judged from a distance not from people looking up on the street ... (who looks up 50 storeys in central manhatten?) ..... sure if lum stuff up the installation disney might pull the pin, but if youve seen the sign in perth the technology does work .. and it works best from a distance ... lion king is perfect animation to show it off. i doubt disney would have gone this far only to pull out at the last minute ... also if they sign .... there are at at least 2 more sides of 4ts worth selling off .... not to mention the fact that lum will be able to trumpet its selling point .. lower installation and running costs .... sala may actually have pulled the rabbit out of the hat ... news on a sign or two from greece and one from china would start to make lum look like a good bet again.
