Stagman, even if we accept this as true, 26% community ownership is still a very low holding. This might make Genorah BEE complaint but when other NKP sharesholders are taken into account the total community ownwership in these properties/rights will drop to about 16%.
I just can't see how Genorah's millionaire directors can be seen as representing the community. That view seems to be implied in the Concourt's decision. That's the problem. If Genorah's ownership is not considered valid, then what we bought off them could be worthless.
Hope there's evidence I'm wrong. That's what we need now, EVIDENCE, not more unsubstantiated claims.
