Hi vlad86 - the only 'off the plan' action was the requirement for the mining rights app to build a smal rail link instead of moving the coal by road.
other than that things have gone well....
Perhpas the CDS reputation and the ramping and drops that happened there have hindered?
Who knows and who knows why we are where we are.....
