All looks great on paper for a junior explorer but at the end of the day nothing substantial is being done - Sam is certainly no salesman as has been said, our share price has absolutely cratered ever since he took over and he seems to take his inspiration from that of a snail, working at a glacial pace with untenable overheads given the comparably tiny amount of work being done.

Our next capital raise is going to lead to such massive dilution it is frankly unjustifiable for people who have been here pre-Sam and God forbid it may not even be the last before things turn around, if they ever do, how far are our holdings going to be diluted from this point? 40%? 80%?

Finding something worthwhile after that level of dilution won't have many of us breaking even from our original positions years ago.

More than anything I just can't really understand the strategy at this point - why is this all being done so slowly? Why no urgency? There has to be a reason but even from their point of view I can't comprehend why they insist on moving so glacially slow with everything they do.

It's all well and good flying around and getting the big boys to have a look at your project and nod their heads in agreement that it looks promising but at some point you have to actually, you know, do something.

At least with most junior execs you have them full of piss and wind inviting hype and share price speculation, Sam can't even achieve that.

Management needs to be assertively encouraged to pursue what is in our best interests.

Shareholders need to express what both you and I are saying, directly to management.
If shareholders are too lazy to articulate this in an email, they should direct management to this forum.

Shareholders need to start voting AGAINST these AGM resolutions, particularly the Bonus/Options resolutions.
