Me73, I think you miss my point, I believe the figures you propose are possible given that the GLE process as you say is much more efficient and the whole system is cheaper to build perhaps, I think the fact that it uses much less electricity and the cost of construction is possibly far less would alone give you your 20 to 30%, but that doesn'e even take into account that they may possibly get just as much enriched Uranium again from the same amount of yellowcake.
I'm not sure what the price of a pound of yellowcake is these days, but the cost of it must be part of the calculation you would think? so if you have the same input as your competitors but twice the end product then you would have to be a mile in front, that is why I believe your figures "may" be on the conservative side perhaps?
