Short answer: according to the late SE (and EWC board members) LNG trains can be dismantled (hence EWC uses the term modular). According to much earlier hc posts, Indonesia will not/may not allow these LNG trains to be shipped overseas. Whether EWC would get permission to move them to another part of Indonesia may be more likely (but who would want to purchase any of these 4 trains and, if so, at what price?
