If Auric harvest 20,000 ounces from Jeffreys Find this round and you took the same AISC as last year of $1993 per ounce, then your total costs come in at just under $40 million. If the 20,000 ounces sold at $3800 an ounce average then that is $76 million in revenue. That's a $36 million cash surplus. Not saying it will get to that but the numbers are still pretty impressive.
Also, some readers here don't quite understand this type of joint venture where the contractor partner has to first absorb all costs for the project. Only at the end does the true number become known. Along the way however BML has made payments to Auric with the first of those now happening.
The cash bonanza has just begun for Auric. Many of the costs must have already been paid for now, so anything from here onwards indicates that the project is on track and about to earn serious bucks for the partners.
I'm a true believer in this stock.
