I guess what I am saying in simple terms is this:-

Some company contracts me to buy a certain quantity of enriched Uranium, so I go out and source so many pounds of yellow cake, my enrichment costs are less than my competitor because it costs less to build my plant but I also use much less electricity, so I start enriching my yellow cake, but compared to my competitor I end up with twice the amount of enriched Uranium than my competitor does.

My plant costs are cheaper (small plant, less land, cheaper system?)
My production costs are cheaper (electricity,time perhaps? maintanence perhaps?)
I get 100% more than my competitor does for the same raw input product.
