Its simple ... buy bots go up into the lowest selling price and they are generally a single trade worth less than $1000. They are computer automated.
The last bot trade actually bought the price down from 40c to 39.5c because a seller appeared below 40c at 39.5c and the highest buyer was still only 38.5c.
