France is the only country in the world that comes close to having 70% nuclear - and ever they are only at 65%.
They only manage to get away with that much because they can import power from the rest of Europe when their reactors are undergoing the very regular maintenance that nuclear requires.
Madness to think an isolated country like Australia could have 70% nuclear without massively overbuilding nuclear capacity and the costs that go along with it.
This has got to be the most expensive power plan any government has ever proposed in Australia.
